Please see CDC Heads UP guidance on concussion management and return-to-play protocols. Athletes will be removed from play immediately with any suspicion of a concussion during play. Please note that coaches, sideline nurses and medics are not responsible for oversight of athlete concussions post injury. After a concussion, an athlete should only return to sports practices with the approval and under the supervision of their healthcare provider.
